*waits for Lenny to show up now there's a link which only says '16 inch choker'*
I'm not getting new clothes just for the party, I got a new dress in the sales that I might wear, but I'll probably go with my tried and tested black maxi dress.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -
I only buy because I have zero confidence. I keep hoping for the miracle outfit that makes me look/feel gorgeous
Having jewellery panics now. Still havent found the missing necklace and pendant and have nothing else really suitable :cool:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

I'm the same spud.......however I've come to the realisation that nothing is going to work miracles with me I'm afraid!! I could easily go on a spending spree with a CC (I worked out the other day I have 22k of available credit on all my cards totalled up!!!!) but I know I'd probably feel a bit sick afterwards, years ago I used to go down to town and spend £60/£70/£80 (£100 - ouch) on an outfit, maybe a cheap bracelet and probably some chocolates on the way back via Thorntons. I'd get home, hang it up, think - wow - lovely new clothes and then see the CC bill the next month and wonder why I'd done it in the first place when there was every chance it was just shoved into the wardrobe not likely to see the light of day again soon after wearing it once.

I agree with Becky too, make the most of those Bazookas Linda;)
I think that a sash would still look lovely though if you have set your heart on it.
I am now debating whether to wear my sparkly LBD or my high waisted satin skirt (very similar to the one you got from Asos Becks) and 1950's style I love Lucy top.
Might bring both and get the girls opinions
Bring both, Ames is bringing a choice of two outfits as well! We can all help you to choose!
You know that if you only bring one, you'll wish you'd brought the other so best to have options! :T

It has a built in drawstring type belt hun, but not a proper belt.
I was thinking moonstone, but love grey picasso jasper, and quartz/jasper stuff. As I said, nothing delicate, I dont suit delicate :rotfl:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

What kind of thing are you looking for Spud? I have TONS of jewellery, (I'm not joking, it's my major weakness!) I can bring some options!
