I would like to make this dish for hubby as a surprise (it's his fav dish but doesnt get to have it as the resturant is too expensive) and he's feeling a bit down at the moment.

do you thik it would be ok to do at home?

i would go to my local butchers to get the steak.

    I'd use filet Mignon or top sirloin, freshly ground, med. grind
