    I emailed the PR company and received a reply saying there was a mistake and the agency who built the site will modify it immediately* to add an email field. I asked if those who already entered will be okay to enter again with full details and will let you know as soon as they get back to me.
    * (not done yet)

    The PR company contacted me to give me a couple of complimentary tropicana vouchers and told me that anyone who had entered with just their name can go back and re-enter.
