I'll show you a log of my phone calls to them regarding a faulty mp3 player. I tried over 80 times in the course of 2 weeks to ring them, they never answered any calls. I had to involve Trading Standards in the end. IMHO the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to use.

Similar experience - first time ordered got all except one item, though it was very cheap so i wasn't too concerned. Another item was faulty, tried to return it. Couldn't contact them over two weeks i tried, in the end gave up - fortunately i'd used my cc to buy so got refund through them, i urge you not to use them they have the worst customer experience ever.
Ebuyer was little better i should add. Dabs i've used since 99 and they have always been good.
