    Similar experience - first time ordered got all except one item, though it was very cheap so i wasn't too concerned. Another item was faulty, tried to return it. Couldn't contact them over two weeks i tried, in the end gave up - fortunately i'd used my cc to buy so got refund through them, i urge you not to use them they have the worst customer experience ever.
    Ebuyer was little better i should add. Dabs i've used since 99 and they have always been good.
