Shoes for big feet

Hi all
I've got big feet (size 8 but very wide), so I end up buying work shoes in Evans, which are fine though not very pretty and the range is usually quite small. I can occasionally get into size 9s in other shops. I hate shoe shopping cos I always look at nice shoes but then can't get my feet in them.
So - where can I get my wedding shoes from? I've seen some online shops that say they do big shoes, but I'm a bit nervous about ordering them as I kind of assume they won't fit...
Thanks guys

Hi there - I'm in a similar situation, found some lovely shoes but size 8 is so tight there's no way I could spend the day in them!
Duoboots.com (the people who do a wide range of calf sizes in boots) also do shoes in a range of width fittings - and up to size 9. Not sure if they do traditional white/ivory wedding shoes (if that's what you're after), but worth a look.0 -
Shoetailor too....they do wide fittings....
and I think that Clarks do too, although they might not be that pretty...!!Why does nobody say Thank You anymore??:mad:Debt Free as of September 2011 :jSealed Pot 2009 number 334 - £100 Saved! yey!!Sealed Pot 2010 number 334 - £116.51 Saved! Yey!! YIPPEE!!0 -
