making cash from selling homemade crafts

Hi

Was just wondering if anyone on here has any success on selling homemade craft items on sites like ebay?

I have had a few sales so far (mainly home made cards and toppers.)

I love knitting and would like to knit toys etc (not clothes dont have the patience!) and was wondering if anyone can suggest where else i could try to sell them other than ebay?

Hi lou-etsy and folksy are both supposed to be good for crafts-I know someone with a shop on Etsy and she is doing very well. Hope this helps!

Folksy is supposed to be very good. I have never actually tried it myself. Misi seems popular with soap and card makers i know

If you google craft forums, uk there are lots of ideas on there including some of the websites mentioned!
