Made £2 from a survey today. Went to a friend's house, took a pizza from Iceland that I only paid 75p for, it was delicious! I saved her a lot of money as she was going to order take away pizza when we got there, she made salad and had garlic bread and wine already. Very MSE of me I must say!
  • hey can anyone tell me which is better amazon or play for dvd sales - how much are there fees, and do you go about charging postage - also which is quicker to list on as i have lots to do, cheers
  • Got 36p interest and £1.96 after postage from GreenMet, so slowly making a bit of money.

I've got a cheapy new Tesco mobile bought to get points to flog, but I might just recycle it to get cashback as everyone else on Ebay seemed to have the same idea, so I don't think I'll get very much. I've also got my old mobile to sell - I'm not sure whether to fleabay it or recycle it - it's worth a bit more than the new Tesco one, but not sure if it's worth the hassle of Fleabay. Also, I like to keep a 'spare' mobile just in case, but I've got one for work that I could use. Will have to think about it.

My Ebay items are up to £2.50:j:p

We're not going out cos we're on a mega SAVE for the holiday now.. but I got a big meal for two chinese box and some extra bits to make a stir fry with it as well. We're going to have a little family valentines this year (bless) cos the kids love chinese as well. (decided on the chinese theme when I realised it was chinese new year Sunday too!)

I think we might go and see a film and maybe a pub meal, so nothing too exciting! It's our anniversary at the end of January (this year our 10th:eek:) so we've done our romancing for the year really!!!

Both have their good points. Amazon is busier but therefore there is more competition. Both are easy to sign up to. Play has less rules but there is a good thread on Amazon on the boards (link in first page I think). I use both. Sell more on Amazon but often get better prices on Play
