3) Mortgage neutral by 06/30 (AVC £24.3K + Lump Sums DB £4.6K + (25% of SIPP 1.2K) = 30.1/£127.5K target 23.6% 29/7/25
4) FI Age 60 income target £16.5/30K 55.1%

Thanks for the shiney new thread Sweetpeas, can I be down for £10 a day this month, tis time to take the leap....and have done a fair bit of work this month which wont be paid til Feb (over £150 in MS fees from jobs in the last 2 weeks from one company). As well as some survey redemptions I expect to arrive this month too.It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
