Hi

I was wondering if anyone could tell me whether my mortgage rate is likely to increase or decrease in March whenmy fixed term ends. It's fixed at 5.89%

Thank-you

You'll need to look at your mortgage offer to find out - or call your lender.

Not enough information supplied in your post, I'm afraid....
Firstly, I would suggest that you look at your "Key Facts Document" or call your lender.
    Who is the lender?
What was the original details of the mortgage?
What type of mortgage is it? (Fixed / Capped)
ORIGINAL MORTGAGE AMOUNT £106,454.00 (Started Sept 2007)
    NOV 2021 O/S AMOUNT £1,694.41 OUR DEBT REDUCED BY £104,759.59 by std regular, over-payments & off-setting.
BofE +0.19% Tracker Repayment Offset Mortgage Discounted Sept 07-10 then increased to BofE +0.62% until 2027
