It's what Parcelforce charge you for the "service" they provide in having to collect the VAT from you on behalf of Customs. I'm always shocked by how much this is - but I think Fedex is even higher!0 -
my nearest tj hughes is miles away! its not fair..... (girly sulk!)You lied to me Edward. There IS a Swansea. And other places.....

I just wanted to say that I to have recently bought from the Benefit.com website and spent in total approx $88.00, the offer at the time was spend over $75.00 for free shipping.
I did not have to pay anything extra from parcel force at all, and was charged just £50.00 on my card.
I agree that it is really nice make up and well worth the money as does last such a long time.
I purchased the Dr Feelgood, Dallas, boi-ing concealer and the high brow highligther for this price, which is an excellent price.....
You can also get some good deals in TJHughes if you have one near you as i had the Brow Zing at just £5.00.....excellent bargain.
I have also bought things off e-bay in the past, but they can go up to quite a high price on there, so I have found the cheapest way to be via their own website.....
I have an up to date catalogue if anyone wants any prices.......just ask and I will take a look for you...DMP No: 293Light bulb moment 1st April 2009

Parcelforce's handling fee is £13.50, its cos they have to pay the custom charges in advance, hold the parcel for you, and write to you to say u need to pay a charge.0 -
I went into TJ Hughes Bristol yesterday and I got the Brow Zings for a fiver and a box set of smellies (Touch me then try to leave cream, the gorgeous shower cap and body so fine balm) and that was £20.00!!!
