I thought the whole idea was that these items were BOGOF, but that you could either take the free one now or at a later date? Is that not how it works?

I got melon pieces last week and am going in tomorrow for my free ones, l think it's a good deal l couldn;'t have eaten two tubs of melon and it worked out cheaper this way.

Only a good deal though if you are passing and will be tempted not to buy much else!

Nope. I asked if I could just BOGOF now, but she just gave me a withering look and said no. So it's defnitely just to get you back in there next week, otherwise they'd give you the option to take the free one there and then.
