Im due to go bankrupt on the 2nd of febuary. What are peoples thoughts of the whole experiance? And what am i to expect on court day! i must say im looking forwards to the future of being debt free:j

mine was a breeze i was only in court building 15 mins and didnt see a judge i can assure you there is nothing to worry about0

cool stuff yeah should be great cant wait for it to be over! my thoughts are well it was credit that got me in this mess in the first place i really dont wana be goin down that route again! so in that case being bankrupt is actualy quite positive.0

if you look at post 70 this is how i felt after my day in court, it was nowhere near as bad as i was imagining, honestly
