They're delivered flat for self-assembly.

The main part (the box) just folds out and self-assembles itself (the promo wording on the box says it's 'magic' - but I think it's just clever cardboard...).

Lids are also self-assembly - but they're not so magic, you actually have to fold some bits yourself...

Very solid boxes.
