  • The £28 for internet includes all phone calls as it's in with a bundle. Worked out cheaper than paying for calls seperately, as my wife is a courier and has to call customers etc. Will be looking around for a new deal on that when it comes to an end in September.
  • Going bankrupt should not cause you to lose your house on the values you have given, providing you continue to pay your mortgage. Please take proper advice from a licenced Insolvency Practitioner (most IPs provide free advice) - contrary to popular belief they are the only people who are qualified to advise on all of your debt options and their regulation means that they are obliged to advise on all of your debt options. You can find an IP local to you by looking on the R3 website. R3 is the trade association that most IPs belong to. An IP will explain what will happen with your house when you go bankrupt
  • Thanks for the Advice Marc.

I think the realistic next step is to seek some 'proper' advice from an IP.
