    Uht milk, not much bread, eggs, chocolate,pasta and rice, yogurt, soups, cereal, tuna.

    Of course sometimes I have to stock up on frozen food which can take me to £35. But what I do is take my mobile around and tot up using the calculator as i go along.

    Yes when my daughter is here its more as well prob £28 but I do try to keep it cheap. I stock up on cat food and cat litter too.
    Its just me remember and i only buy what I need, but chocolate is a must and if I stay in at weekend I buy wine at just over £3.

    I eat lots of fish too and am now trying to eat more fruit and salad.
    Super noodles too for quick lunch.
