I am currently going through a divorce at the moment. (It's for the best). However she wants to sell the house, and the boy wants to buy her share (£45,000) and I will leave him my half on my demise. The rules and conditions will be set up by my Solictor for me living there.
I would please like advice, on what is the best option for the boy? He has a steady monthly income of £1,220, and a lump sum of £8,000. Any ideas anyone? Thanks. FN
