Yeah, I probably didn't read it properly. (I probably read it wrong as it said "I've tried changing IP clearing cookies + using a different computer" rather than he'd tried that). My mistake, sorry. Looks like entering from a different location is going to be the only way they can get round it though if the other stuff didn't work.

Changing the IP address, as others have suggested, still does not help you. You will need to ask your husband to enter himself, possibly from work or somewhere with wifi.

He was at home when he tried to enter ( I'd seen the behalf of another person in the T&C which is why I asked him to do it himself) It's possibly using the first few digits of the IP to detect multiple users, which doesn't really help if you've 2 different people at the same address who wish to enter.

easter suggested earlier trying from another location, which I'll get him to try later.
