Tesco Managers specials

Not sure if this is the right place for this - if not, sorry.

My local tesco (Falkirk retail park) had 2 sections for managers specials - random items starting from 5p. There was kitchen stuff, bedroom stuff, kids toys, toiletries, gift wrap, the list goes on.

I got a few bargains -

nice n easy hair colour £1.30
Herbashine hair colour £2.00
Herbal Essence shampoo for normal hair (new style) large bottle 70p
Cold sore patches (pk of 15) 30p (normally anything between £6 and £7)
Packs of Balloons, birthday badges 5p each
Pinata 60p (very random but the kids will love it)
DVD rw discs - 10 for £2
Sheets for £2
Candles 50p
Toy story mini figures (pk of 2) 50p

Many more in store - might be a hit or a miss tho

Spoke to checkout operator who said there was loads through the back still to come out.

Hope this helps - i got almost £70 worth of items for £13

There were a few large crates near the front of the shop but i found the best stuff in the back corner along from bakery etc

Well done OP! I sooo love a bargain! Will have a look in my local tomorrow, but i suspect store specific.. I managed to get a bag of mixed branded shower gels a few weeks ago all 25-37p each- tried two other Tescos but not a thing; so was glad i bought loads- will keep the teenagers happy!

They have had lots of Managers Specials in my Tescos (Allerton - Liverpool) for the past few weeks, including nacho's kits, hair dyes, body lotions, Wonder Pets mini figures, storage jars, to name but a few. I imagine it must vary from store to store what you'd get.

i managed to get 8.50 floss action toothbrush heads for £1! and i also bought a microwave steriliser for dummies http://www.boots.com/en/Clevamama-Soother-Tree_53281/?CAWELAID=334501818&cm_mmc=Shopping%20Engines-_-Google%20Base-_---_-Clevamama%20Soother%20Tree for £1! and also a baby bath chair (i forget what make) for £2! ...bargain! the baby things were bought for a friend who has only just found out she is pregnant..so i thought id get in early with cheap presents

They have a whole aisle now in Burnley too, Had a field day in there the other day!! Theres also boxs of stuff going down the middle!!

In the Tesco Extra in Bedford they had Huggies nappies size 4, i think 30 something in the pack for £2!!
