AGM Financial Solutions?
Hi
Anybody applied for a loan with this company? They say they are the lender and not a broker (on their website they advertise as a broker), but they say they have a new department set up. They are asking for me to go to the Post Office and pay my 1st loan payment into an account and I keep the receipt. Someone then comes to my house with the loan money in cash and I look through the loan agreement to sign, I then give the receipt as proof of my first loan payment. If I'm unhappy I can then go back to the Post Office and get my money back.
They don't perform any credit checks and there's no up front fees it's just £300 to borrow £1,500 over 12 months.
Does anyone know if this is genuine?
Many Thanks for your help and time.

Hi - I would just like to say that I have spent a lot of my day today trying to get get money back for my 80 year old confused aunt who this firm have scammed £200 from for absolutely nothing that she needs. To say I am completely digusted is an understatement. We will see what tomorrow brings ...... maybe trading standards ..... maybe watchdog. However, I doubt that it will be money put in her bank account. I cannot believe that the law allows them to argue that they are doing no wrong. Perhaps it doesn't, but I will find out.0

My mum has just been scammed by this company [AGM Financial Solutions] out of £59-99 for something she has no idea about. She has not applied for a loan, indeed would not need to, and they have managed to get her to give out her 16 digit card reference out.
BE WARNED. SCAMMERS PERSONIFIED AND SHOULD BE PROSECUTED. WILL BE IF I GET MY WAY.0
