Can't get through to the AA

Is anyone else having trouble getting through to the AA? I need to make changes to my membership, but can't do it online - whenever I try I get a message asking me to call them. I've been trying to call them for several days but can't get past the automated menu, nothing happens whichever number I press (and I've tried several different phones, so the problem is obviously at their end).

Could try ringing them at different times of day - I suppose the evenings will be busy because after work is probably when most people will try to contact them to change details etc...
