BT-I didn't order this service

I have a problem with BT(it's no surprise is it?)
I got my landline bill today and I got charged for Unlimited Weekend Plan and Unlimited Evening and Weekend Plan both charged back to November. The problem is that I never ordered such Plans because I don't use my phone very often, it's just for the sole purpose of having internet.
Could BT EXpert explain why I got charged for additional Plans if I haven't allowed that being done?

Either the Unlimited Weekend Plan or the Unlimited Weekend and Evening Plan are included in your line rental. BT do not offer any 'line rental only' packages (exclusive of calls), as you will surely have realised when you signed up?
Standard monthly charge on either package is £11.54, assuming you opt for paperless billing and pay by monthly whole bill DD.
You will have been charged for one package or the other, not both!No free lunch, and no free laptop
