time off while on back to work scheme

I am due to go on the back to work scheme soon where you still sign on but you are under a provider? Bit like the New Deal i guess.
I am unsure what time you are allowed off? is is the same as JSA 2 separate weeks in the UK? Or do they have their own holiday and sick rules?
