Does anyone know how I can get one of these cards?

they are the same as the big store gift cards like a westfields card etc, most birthdays and clintons cards sell them non branded plain mastercards, probably the ones your looking for, then you put as much on it as you need to book the holiday, although id recommend not trying it over the internet as the pre paid cards dont have issue or expiry dates, can cause hassle!!
