Had cccs appointment - what now?

Hi, just thought i would give an update after my cccs appointment yesterday.
The lady decided that as all debts were in my name and hubby already bankrupt, they would only do it as mine. Conclusion - Token payments of £1 to all creditors (meaning a lifetime of debt of course) and I don't think they will accept it. OR bankrupcy, which I loathe to do as having been through it with hubbyis not an easy way out either. Even now, no one wants to know, even if you just want house contents cover for example, there is nowadays always the question 'have you ever been bankrupt' and thats when you are not asking for direct debits or credit. Thats how everything, including the debts now, are in my name. I still do not honestly know what to do for the best. Has anyone got any advice please.:eek:

Was Hubbies Income taken into account on the budget?

Hi, yes I posted an SOA a few weeks ago, but as it has all changed now, I will have to wait for the stuff from cccs to come through as I really cannot remember what was put down my head is spinning. Only my income was taken in to account and the contribution I make to everything. Like I said, as hubby already bankrupt makes it worse. I will post the new SOA as soon as I can. Thanks very much for replying
