I'd like to know what makes you think you even know what the meeting is about? Is this buy the smug smirks on their faces? How do you not know the meeting was about the people in the meeting? You sound not only very paranoid, but like you're throwing a tantrum because you weren't invited to play. Nothing is stopping you from putting forward your ideas. Why don't you ask for your own meeting with your manager if it's getting your knickers in such a twist?

Obviously, you do not know the rules. It would be unwise to be seen to have ideas let alone put them forward, never mind ask for a meeting with the manager.The message is quite clear.
