hi,

I sometimes do some mystery shoppoing and so last year I did a tax return online. I was told they owed me £4.01 but had to jump through hoops in order to get it so never bothered claiming it. I have done some mystery shoppin since but didnt receive a paper form so figured I would do it online anyway. I came to sign in tonight and I cant find a way of submitting the form for this year, the years available are only to 2009. It also states that the form was submitted.....

I have tried three times thie evening to ring them and its cut me off each time after an extended period of waiting ........... I am so frustrated peeved that this costing me money all for the sake of a small amount of money!

    Hi,
If you were not issued with a Tax Return back in April/May 2009 then unless you feel you have some tax to pay/are due a refund, then you are not obliged to complete a Return. If you do feel you are obliged, the Return you need to complete is for the year ended 5 April 2009.
    Hope this helps.
  • So unless I did SE work before April 2009 then I dont need to do a return? ............... yay if so!
