Is there anything wrong with me not disclosing what i currently do i my job(for job application form purposes), reason I ask is that what I do now isn't very interesting and its not very interesting to me either. Could I say what i did in my previous role with the company

    Bad bad bad idea.
They will think you've got something to hide and won't call you.
Won't your job title give it away?

How can a potential employer assess your suitability if you don't give them the information?

well my contract says bench engineer, i don't even know what job title i would give for what I'm doing now
  • You should mention what you currently do and what you have done with that employer in the past , if the job you are applying for use your employer as a reference they would ask what your job role was on leaving , hope this helps :)
