Really never?
Or is the copy you have been supplied with just not signed?

Be specific please.I hand completed the application form, they didn't send me this copy, instead it was typed.
Thank you - at last, we're moving on!
You need to send this letter that is here - #1477 - but edit it to suit your needs, so you'll change the top part and change the lender name to MBNA.2010 - year of the troll

Not to sound rude, but ..I know about this debt, but didn't agree with there high interest rate and try to get a better deal, so i never formaly agreed to there interest rate or there fees.
You didnt agree to the terms of the card, but went ahead and used it anyway, dare i say it you took a gamble on doing that as by using the card you pretty much agreed to the terms, at least by my common sense logic.
Is this a Pre April 2007 debt, if it is, the CCA needs to be signed. As im sure Never-in-doubt has been guiding you though.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

Mate it seems he hand completed an app form and they sent a typed one with a tick in the box back purporting to be his CCA - that is fraud. :beer:2010 - year of the troll
