Marks furniture.....wow!!!!!

I have been holding off on the purchase of new Dining room furniture for a while, and thank heavens!
Their sale has just ended, and when buying 'sets' of furniture, the discount they give meant that it was not worth buying in the sale, so I waited. Now, the y are offering the sets, ie table and six chairs etc., at the same price, but also giving you a 20% M&S voucher as well! Add to that 5% Quidco, and what a bargain.
My furniture is £2,834. I will therefore get £141 Qco, and £566 vouchers. That brings price down £707, 25%.

When I ordered in November I got Quidco and 30% off if buying 2 pieces or more - I think that there are always offers on M&S furniture.
Getting it delivered is another matter.... good luck with that. They gave me a major headache, emailing on the day I was waiting in to tell me that it was not coming and on calling they told me that they did not know when it would be delivered.0 -
Ooooooh - thanks ! I get it now !portchieboy wrote: »It doesn't, it brings it down BY £707..........0 -

Why are you asking them to thank you? Surly its up to the person whether they want to thank you or not and if they did they would of done it already???
Yes the m&s furniture delivery system is a joke!!! Dont go by the day they tell you as it will never arrive at that date!! I used to work in m&s and a girl in my department ordered about 6k of furniture and waited 4 months AFTER the due date of delivery for them to come!!!0 -
Got to say we had a large furniture delivery from Marks just received in the last week or so, ordered a couple of weeks ago, excellent service, got given a delivery date within a couple of days, a letter sent a few days before advising on delivery etc and then a phone call when they were on their way. The staff who came to delivery and install it were also very polite and efficient. Thought it was worth posting this as quite often only the bad comments about service gets posted!0
