today i have received an e mail stating my training company has gone to the wall i will now not get the qualification i was ensured prior to signing the agreement .
how do i stand with regard to having to pay this money ??????
i have 6 weeks prior to the total being due

Contact the awarding body and see if you can get your qual transferred to another company to complete.
Also, look at the terms and conditions of your loan.0
