Advice please on changing my mortgage.

I have a joint mortgage with my ex partner, i want to change my mortgage to get a better deal can i do this with his name on the mortgage. I dont see him and have no contact.

Depends on the lender. Example; The Halifax retention products do not require new underwriting or application forms so no, you wouldn't need his consent or details. Who are you with?
I wouldn't be surprised if you could switch products with your current lender with relative ease.0 -
