best recipes for specific cooking gadgets?

I like some of you am addicted to various gadgets: I have a bread machine, slow cooker, remoska, pressure cooker etc. I have certain recipes which are best done in one way rather than another; for example
1) Best scrambled eggs (with or without chives) are done in the microwave in 30 second bursts, stir in between.
2) Best "roast" lamb - done for about 6-8 hours in slow cooker while standing in about an inch of water, smeared with mint sauce and later drain cooking water, skim fat and use in gravy.
3) Best roast chicken - in a lidded casserole dish or dutch oven, skin goes brown and chicken stays moist if you do it in an inch or so of water (as above, skim and use for gravy)
4) Best home made stock: throw the roast chicken carcass and grotty bits straight in the pressure cooker with enough water to nearly cover it (about half pressure cooker full). Optional add any veg / onion. Pressure cook for 20 mins, when cold skim fat. Freeze portions or make soup.
I am as you might guess bone idle : whos got some more easy but tasty ideas to get the best out of our kitchen? TIA
