    Hi moo,

If you look in the complete slow cooker collection, under chicken, you'll find lots of recipes.

Probably too late now - but might help on another day....my favourite lemon chicken summer casserole...

1)wash and trim as many small new potatoes, baby carrots and small onions as you need and put into slowcooker.

    2) remove skin from chicken, and coat in flour, fry in 1 tablespoon oil until starting to brown (about 5-10 minutes)

    3) put chicken in slow cooker on top of vegetables.

    4) put 1/2 pint chicken stock into pan chicken has been fried in, add juice and rind of 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon flour, and bring to boil stirring all them time.

    5) pour over chicken and veg in slow cooker, put on lid and cook for 6-8 hours on low (or 4 -6 hours on high)

    Serve with green vegetables....and enjoy!

Ditch the slow cooker and try "Laksa" (pronounced latsa) quick simple and easy. Every time my friends kids come round they go mad for it and its economical tool (BTW its mild not spicy)

1000's of different versions. I do chicken thighs in the steamer, retain the chicken stock and heat in a wok add laksa paste and the shredded meat. Throw in noodles (or spaghetti if you want) and about 2-3 minutes before serving add Coconut Milk (BTW its more economical to buy the coconut milk powder than the cans)
