Well, I eventually decided to heed Martin's words and get my endowment complaint process started.

Unfortunately the endowmentaction website is not up at the moment. You get the following message:

Dear consumer,
Sorry we're away. Which? is currently offline for exciting and important improvements. Our new site https://www.which.co.uk will be up and running shortly. In the meantime, if you have any questions you can contact our consumer helpline on 0845 307 4000 or email editor@which.co.uk.

I've not got a reply back yet - Anybody any idea when it might be working again?
