Return of paperwork from OR

Hi

As the title says really how long before you get your paperwork (payslips, statements etc) back ?

    I think you would have to ask for them. As far as I am aware (and I may be wrong) they do not return them as a matter of course.

    I thought that because they asked for all the original copies that they would have to return them.

    Hi, so far as i know all the paperwork is destroyed at the end of the process, unless you buy back the BI of anything. Im sure i read that at the beginning of our process

    The paperwork is evidence in the bankruptcy and so is retained by the OR, you may ask for copies of any particular item you need.

    I asked for my payslips and pension details back and was told they were now property of OR, however the examiner's clerk kindly did copy them and return the orginals to me. I guess you just have to ask nicely!

    Likewise, I asked for my paperwork back (self employed accounts, receipts, etc) and was told "no".
