Where to buy a new sofa? NOT dfs,scs...etc

We are currently looking far a new sofa, either a large and a reg sofa or a left corner sofa in brown fabric, OH has been looking around Dfs,scs...etc but as I have some bad experence in the past I am reluctent to use.

Argos & tescos have some good sofas but not quite what we want

Any suggestions would be great in or around essex area

Next furniture is good and so is the customer service they are also offering 0% credit if you spend over a certain amount think its about 400 quid.

I cant stand DFS, and all of the other firms who have these ridiculous sales on all year round.

Just go to next and pay their full price which is still alot cheaper than DFS at half price.

M&S and ikea are also worth a look.
  • We recently bought a brown corner sofa from Cargo, lovely sofa, really comfortable and seemingly of good quality. Buying experience wasnt the best as we ended up with a month delay and were notified by letter. Personally id avoid Argos, had a sofa from there before which was pretty poorly made. Lasted a couple of years, get what you pay for i suppose.
  • We bought 2 sofas from M&S a couple of years ago. Really pleased with them & they still look good as new even with kids & pets! I see they have an offer on at the moment something about getting a gift card for 20% off the price of your furniture.

Before those we bought from a place called Odeon sofas, they were direct from the manufacturer. Excellent furniture lasted us well over 10 years.
