Help Endowment Ombudsman complaint in.

I complained about a Mis-sold L&G endowment but was refused by them so have took the case to the ombudsman who have sent me a letter stating it takes 2 months to review the cases.

I have now accepted an offer on the flat I have the endowment with but what should I do if it is fully sold before the ombudsman comes back?

Am I supposed to keep paying in to the policy until a decision is made? Do I have to notify L&G?

THanks

You dont have to keep the policy in force whilst the complaint is being processed. Although it may be worth getting a proper review of the L&G endowment done as they are not a bad provider and its possible you dont have a poor one (even if the projections suggest otherwise).

Thanks, but I do need to exit the policy in whatever way so I presume from your comment I can sell or surrender it (after selling my property)?

    Thanks
