I would like to take advantage of the low deals at the moment (before they start to rise) but has I have an IVA I am finding it hard to find a company that will offer any deals. Even my present lender (Northern Rock) have put me into a category which do not offer deals.
can anybody help?

You need to give more information - what's the value of your property (realistic) and the amount of outstanding mortgage. What's your salary?0

I was always under the impression that, when taking out a new fixed rate with the same lender at the end of your existing one, a new credit scoring is NOT needed?!Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Dave if your'e IVA began in the last 6 years then there is no lender offering 'deals' that will be able to assist.0

It always surprises me that lenders don't differentiate between secured debt and unsecured debt. If someone's managed to maintain payments on a mortgage without issue, even at the expense of unsecured debts, this should be looked upon favourably. Alas, I'm not Merv.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0
