Hi,
I am looking to remortgage soon, as my current deal will run out.
Can anyone advise of good deals at the moment, I am thinking along the fixed rates to be honest.
Thanks

Hi
Not enough info to go on
How much do you owe?
How much realistically is your home worth?
What is your current lender offering?
Any adverse credit?
Income?0 -
Have you asked your current lender what they can offer you?I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Hi,
Not possible to give advice without more work and understanding exactly what you are looking for but if its an idea of products available, you can expect to pay a minimum of 5.28 for a 1 year fix, 5.39 for a 3 year fix or 5.49 for a 4 year fix (stepped),
I wouldn't consider the 1 year.
Worth asking your current provider what they will offer to keep you as well.0 -

Well you could try and sort something out beforehand - around 3 months before is a good timescale (as offers and/or products could expire before July)
However you would always need to take into account set up/exit fees - as although the rate payable with a new lender may seem better, if you are paying over £1000 to move, you need to be able to recoup that money otherwise you are out of pocket.
The only way you can do this though is by comparing nearer the time once your current lender tells you what is on offer to you.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
