Wanted to let you know about a great book, i have just come across.
it's called
SUPERMARKET OWN BRAND GUIDE
It compares 2000+ products (branded vs own brand)
it gives ratings, by taste. value & quality.
plus things like sugar, salt & fat content.
it has 16 chapters, from cereal to wine & spirits.
and whats better is a great buy from play.com at £5.49
