Fixed at 4.89% for 15 years in 2005/06. The final 3 years of the mortgage will be at svr, but mortgage is totally flexible so hope to have the balance o/s almost cleared by then. So glad we did for the relatively short period of time that mortgages have been very cheap. Also needed the security of not having any increases as mortgage was £100,000 at the time.
