Woolwich bank...

I am on a SVR with the Woolwich bank and as i am hearing rumours that rates might increase i wonder if i should now consider fixing again? And what sort of rates these might be ( i am i believe at maximum loan to value). Thanks in advance.

What do to you mean by maximum loan to value? If your LTV is above 90% you'll be unable to get a deal elsewhere. Have you asked the Woolwich what they're offering? What's the SVR at Woolwich at the moment?
