as my judgement had no acas conditions they said that the tribunal would tell me what to do and they said to go to county court and also because of what my ex boss said the weird thing is he has paid the recoupment to the council for my jobseekers.What did your ACAS adviser say? Have you looked on your local County Court website for help with enforcing the judgement?0 -
as it isn't acas conditional they can't give any more advice but my community legal advicer has said to fill out a n322a form to force him to pay and as it it is nearing his 42 days he could have to pay 8% interest on it. thanks for all your It is a bit more clearer know thanks very much.What did your ACAS adviser say? An Employment Judge is what used to be called an Emplyoment Chairman. Cases in Employment Tribunal's are now heard by an Emplyoment Judge and two members.0
