Buy to let mortgages for Limited Companies

Hi all,

First timer so interested in your collective wisdom.

Am having to remortgage six properties in the name of a Scottish Limited Company. great time to undertake this but my lender has gone bust so no option.

Any ideas as to who might be interested. Loan to value is good.

I have 2 BTL properties, one in mine and my OH name and the other is in my Ltd co name, set up purely for BTL purposes. The lender is mortgage express, I was put through them by a whole of market broker and dont know whether you can approach direct
dont know if they are taking on new clients though.

Barclays does not accept BTL mortgage applications from LTD Companies any longer.

    Limited market - try LloydsHBOS.
