Ok this is weird - I am dyslexic too! It is mild and I have learned how to cope with it - so I fully understand! which Uni are you at and what are you studying?
I will be with you on the fiercely frugal Febuary!
Need to remember to claim my book allowance - I bought some uni books at Chrsistmas and not clained for them yet - also not claimed my travel for conferences 2 weeks ago - you have reminded me thanks x0 -
Isn't February the weirdest spelled word! I am sure people with out a dyslexic affliction must find it hard too! Judi, lovely to have you with me for a February that will be fiercely frugal!
Update:
Well I was rudely curtailed in my ebay quest, as I forgot that my paypal had been restricted after it got hacked. I have submitted everything I need to but god knows when the restriction will be lifted! So looks like it will have be done next weekend. All the pictures taken, so that is something.
So I did do some housework, and did start the job application.
Made a homemade tomato sauce for pasta for Tuesday and did the veg prep for pealla tomorrow. Plus a fab roast chicken tonight that will be stretched, have the leftover veg and a small piece of chicken for lunch tomorrow. DD will have a chicken butty and fruit. Need to put the stock on really for leek soup later in the week.
Lovely No Spend Day! Whoop.
Have found the name for April....aggressively abstemious April.:D
That's it for now folks!

Just a little update.
I was anticipating a NSD, but a flat tyre this morning put paid to that. Whatever happened to free air? Unfortunately, need to get petrol tomorrow, I thought I might get it on the way home, given I had already spent soem mpney today, but my Pealla was calling me.
Nothing form paypal re the reactivation.
Leftover roast for lunch was amazing (pealla tomorrow).
Nothing much to report really. Long day on account it took me an extra hour to get to work, 2 accidents in the ice.Pay off as much as you can in 2012 challenge No. 64: 328.75/2,5000 -
Another spend day today - Petrol. Need to get wiper blades and light bulbs for the car too! So will do that tomorrow, and get bread too. Should be good then for a couple of days.
All going well on the food front, no little treats either!
Had a look through my travel claim forms, and I think I will go down to the lower rate for some of the February claim, and all of the March one....makes March Madder! But will be back to full rate for April, phew.
Still nothing form paypal. grr
DD is out, so I haven't put the fire on, and am wrapped up in a blanket! Only one little light and the telly on.

Just noticing my sig...they all still say Jan, I am going to update them on the 22nd of each month because I get paid on the 23rd.
Been looking a little at the clicking form cash back sites that are available, so much opportunity....will investigate this further at the weekend, too busy at the moment. Just jotting down thoughts as a note to self!
Need to go and sort the car out, and later take DD to the dentist...maybe a new appliance will be in the offing. Had the stuff through for her dyslexia test, need to send a cheque for that too, lucky I have the money for both put to one side. Also have a little car fund so that is all good too, must book service though, it doens't seem entirely happy!
NOTHING form paypal!!!!! bloomin' rude!Pay off as much as you can in 2012 challenge No. 64: 328.75/2,5000 -
Bit of an intense day all round.
DD needs a new appliance for her teeth, so that is fine, have the money, and paid it into the credit card so that I can use that to pay, and get MrT points>Airmiles. Bad news is that there is going to be an additional appliance most likely so either need to find another £690 or delay moving the bottom teeth for a while. I think this is most likely, as it is also all taking longer than expected and I may be having to return here for a while for her to have her check-ups. So I think if we can pretty much get the top teeth done before we move, that will be more MSE in the long run I think. She doesn't need as much doing on the bottom, so we can wait for a while and find someone we like in London to do that. Sig updated.
Went to get new wiper blades and light bulbs for the car! £55  unbelievable, they only had the expensive versions in stock, asked for a discount because they didn't have what I wanted in stock, or the next cheapest....NO! Grr. Transferred money from my little 'car pot'.
Nipped in to Mr T to get bread, was handed a voucher for £10 off if I spend £70. Now normally I would go for this...but I think perhaps I won't. 2 main reasons, I pledged not to use the car unless for DD's teeth and work, I already used it more to get the car parts (Mr T next door, for the bread), but it was on the way to the dentist...I can walk to Mr M, and carry stuff back for the grocery shop, but not Mr T, and I don't intend to spend £60, so bulking up to get £10 quids worth for nowt isn't really Ok. If I was really savvy I guess I could do it, will think about it some more, looking at what I may eat while DD is away, and get that too. However, I don't have a freezer so can't bulk buy fresh really or make and freeze other things. Mr T they are clever aren't they, at getting you through their doors!
Didn't have too great a study day really!
I better have a NSD tomorrow, or otherwise I am gonna be very annoyed with how Fiercely Frugal February is going!
Paypal? Not a bleedin word!Pay off as much as you can in 2012 challenge No. 64: 328.75/2,5000 -
I am a little bit annoyed, but only about not having a NSD, not the reason! A member of DD's family on her father's side died yesterday, so DD is going early for half-term so that she can attend the funeral....so I had to get another train ticket!
However, we got a bit of a refund on a school trip from last year, so the ticket is at least money neutral!
Nothing else to report, apart form the fact I am about to miss the deadline for the job application!
OH, still nothing form freakin' paypal.Pay off as much as you can in 2012 challenge No. 64: 328.75/2,5000 -
:money:YAY! NSD!
And put a cheque in the bank! Thank goodness.
Done shopping list for tomorrow, DD is away form Tuesday, should be a little more frugal as a result!:jPay off as much as you can in 2012 challenge No. 64: 328.75/2,5000
