I'd like to view the DVD as the person LOSING the weight as they go along, otherwise it's just some skinny person bouncing up and down my TV.

Fair point I guess; but there is no escaping how different she looked before; I can't imagine that following and filming the process would be economically viable - that's why there are programmes like The Biggest Loser following from beginning to "end" but supported largely by commercials. Watching someone lose the weight and tone up and become fitter and healthier is all well and good but it is still watching, maybe as opposed to "doing". There is a little parable on 43folders or lifehacker I forget which - about "the man in the asics".... Fat guy sitting at his computer wearing his brand new asics trainers/running shoes; desperately looking for some answers.

We need to get off our a**es and stop looking for the answers - they will hardly ever be on the TV/computer screen.
