goverment help with mortgages

the goverment were ment to behelping people who get into trouble with mortgages i did see on news tonight a woman who was paying over 800 amonth her husband lost job out of work for 12 months so the goverment scheme jumped in and bought house she now pays rent 110 aweek . but this is not every where also a lad from uttoxetter , his haveing to declare him self bankrupt he does not qualify for this . so sounds like its another postcode scheme only certain places

A lot of the mortgage-to-rent schemes are run by housing associations, so whether they'll do it or not depends on the price, the area, the condition etc. Seems to be something not that many people are qualifying for.0
