Just phoned all my local stores and becasue they are all so small they only have a small range and this item is not in the ranges that they stock. Really wanted one too!nevermind

Just to be clear, this deal was never guaranteed as a nationwide deal. It must had just been the one store where I know someone who works there. I'm sure the staff member who gave me the info will not want the branch revealing.

The branch in question did have a baby clearance sale on selected items today.

I got a Tomy Walkabout Advance Baby Monitor in the central Bolton Boots store today marked down to £7:50 from £29:99 on the SEL so I think there must be a selected clearance of these items going on. There was only one on the shelf when I got mine. Really pleased with the bargain as I wasn't sure whether or not to get a monitor for our baby due on 7th April :j

£139.99 in Bristol Broadmead when I went. I got them to check the price and when I showed them the label they said the store that was in must have been discontinuing that range in their store.. you'd think they'd just give it to another store rather than sell at £105 less.
