hi i have a 3 year fixed interest only 40yr mortgage, i taken it out in march 2008. i brought the house for 84000 i put the app fee ontop of that which was 2500, so negative equity straight away, i dont have an endownment running along side but i have recently starting paying an extra £50 a month on top of my payments. im after a new mortgage to start paying my mortgage off as soon as i can by paying the mortgage weekly or going with a one account mortgage. (just ideas ive seen on the internet) problem is ive just started an IVA and dont know where i stand with a remortgage. anyone have any ideas on how i can start payin my mortgage off and get them years down?
thanks
