So the 70% club.. Is that some property with 70% off or all?
If it's some, there are definitly lots out there with >70% off.
I'd genuinely love to see all these houses with over 70% off. Any examples??

Plenty in Washington, some in Chopwell, some in Battle Hill, Wallsend.... I'm sure you'll find plenty for your needs.
I'm sure if you looked hard enough you could find a 90% somewhere.
Basically all the dross that no-one wants, people wanted for a bit. Now no-one wants again.
Cant find the link, but there was a flat on the 'Gateshead Quays' that went fro 60% off a few months ago.0 -

I'm sure there have been some eye-watering drops on some of the most duff properties. It's amazing how dumb some people can be. I'd be curious to see links though. I'd assume there would be some examples on rightmove? Or are the big droppers reserved for the auction room?0 -

Yes - I've been out to a lovely lunch today, ate fish! etc & have had a few alcoholic drinks since then - I've no other responsibilities, so I can.

Oh there are places with 70% drops that have come up at auction. New builds sort of spring to mind but as yet, would you want to buy them? I have seen, what on the face of it, look like rather nice places ( not normally run of the mill ) at about 50% off. what they are really like can`t be gleaned from a small, poor quality picture.0
